Andrew Tepperman, is the President of Tepperman's. He is the grandson of founder Nate Tepperman and now 3rd generation President. Tepperman’s is a Canadian, family-owned furniture, mattress, appliance and electronics retailer.
Fauzia Mazhar has more than 18 years of experience in the local social profit sector, much of it in leadership and management. She holds a Master of Social Work degree with specialization in community, policy, planning, and organizations (CPPO), and a post graduate Leadership and Management Certificate from Wilfrid Laurier University. Fauzia has also completed Community Leadership Training by Leadership Waterloo Region. Her work experience includes managing a neighbourhood-based community centre and a large-size service hub, as well as leading community collaborations and social change initiatives.
The native of Corunna, Ontario, Rangers alumnus, and graduate of Western University has spent 12 years working at the OHL – most recently as the Vice President of Development. Joe was responsible for the growth and expansion of the league’s sponsorship operations while working closely with all clubs to help optimize sponsorship and marketing, fan growth and engagement.
He previously spent six years as the Senior Director of Hockey Development & Special Events with the OHL; planning and executing unique special events that helped reaffirm the league’s position as the number one development league for the NHL, Canada’s national teams and USPORTS.
Dr. Murray is the Dean of the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. He previously held faculty appointments at the University of Alberta, the Ivey School of Business, and Monash University (Australia), as well as visiting professorships at INSEAD (France) and TU Dublin (Ireland). Most recently he served as Acting Dean (2021-2023) and Vice Dean (2017 to 2021) at the University of Alberta School of Business.
Mohsan is a serial entrepreneur with deep roots in the community and a core value of connecting people by creating thriving environments. Now serving on the Board of Directors along with multiple other committees for the Chamber, he is committed to continuing his mission.
